Decode panic-full logs into a model-aware diagnostic route: token → subsystem → physical location → bus or rail → confirmation test → repair evidence.

A reading can support short, leakage, open trace or voltage-state branches; it cannot certify the entire sensor path by itself.
V3 removes percentage-based claims such as “90% solved here” and replaces them with confirmation gates.
