Refunds, shipping and cancellation

AIFlasher.com does not sell anything today. Every tool, database and diagnostic workflow on this site is free to use in your browser, with no account and no payment. This page exists so the terms are published before anything is offered for sale, not after.
If and when paid products are offered
The terms below will apply to any paid software licence, dataset subscription or hardware tool sold through this site. They will be restated on the product page itself.
Digital products and subscriptions
- Access is delivered by email to the address given at purchase, normally within 24 hours.
- A refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or activated.
- Once a licence key has been activated or a dataset downloaded, a refund is available only where the product does not perform as described on its product page.
- A subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Hardware tools
- Dispatch is from Chandrapur, Maharashtra, normally within 3 working days of payment clearing. Delivery within India typically takes 4 to 8 working days depending on the destination and courier.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.
- Report an item that arrives damaged or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging.
- An unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- A tool damaged by incorrect supply voltage, reverse polarity, static discharge or physical modification is not covered.
How to request
Use the contact page or WhatsApp +91 91452 59145 with the order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
