Complete diagnostic case and validation

Produce a reproducible repair report with controlled conclusions.

100% FreeQuiz: 3 questionsPractice required for self-completion

What to understand

A complete case identifies the instrument, calibration/shunt, DUT/PCB, symptoms, baseline, intended test, raw data, interpretation, risks, actions and post-repair outcomes.

Differentiate CONFIRMED observation, SUPPORTED inference and UNKNOWN. A failed test is useful evidence only when its setup and limits are documented.

After intervention, independently retest charging, display, boot, radio, storage health and thermal behaviour as relevant. Avoid reporting “fixed” from a single startup event.

Safe practical workflow

  1. Choose an anonymized or simulated fault case; do not publish user data or device identifiers.
  2. Complete the bench worksheet with voltage/current units, references, logs and alternative hypotheses.
  3. Write an intervention/no-intervention decision tied to evidence confidence.
  4. Run or describe a post-repair checklist and mark every untested subsystem honestly.

हिंदी में मुख्य बात

हर repair report में symptom, setup, measured value, uncertainty और post-repair tests लिखें। जो test नहीं किया उसे PASS मत कहें।

Your practical assignment

Export or print a complete anonymized case sheet including unknowns and post-repair acceptance criteria.

Use the AIFlasher bench worksheet for measured values, observations, unknowns and next tests. A simulated case is acceptable if you do not have the instrument yet.
